Uniform Shop
The Nedlands Primary School community through the School Board, believes the wearing of a school uniform discourages competitive dressing amongst students and promotes a sense of identity.  The School Board has determined that a school uniform should be worn.
Please refer to the Dress Code Policy which includes the relevant items of clothing.


The uniform shop in the Altius Centre will is open from 8:45 am for aproximately 45 minutes.
You can download an order form and place it in the Uniform Order box in the office.
Uniforms will be given to the children at school.

UNIFORM SHOP UPDATE    ----   26th  May 2020

Due to COVID 19 manufacturing delays, we are running low on some items and sizes but these will be refilled ASAP.  To help with this, where there are limited sizes available for an item, we will only allow 1 item per child.

Online oders:
Please ensure when filling out an online order, that you put your CHILD'S NAME and CLASSROOM NUMBER in the Cart section of the order.  There is a blue tag at the end of the cart.

A huge thank you for Kym Basso for building and organising the online orders system on the P & C website for the uniform shop.  Thank you also to the school community for being patient as we sort out some teething issues.  We will be updating the site soon to add more photos to help with the ordering process.

Please note the following, particularly if you are new to the school:

  • There are no exchanges or refunds on any second hand items.

  •   We cannot sell hats, socks or tights second hand.

  •   We are phasing out the micro-fibre track pants, so they are only available until sold out. However, we have plenty of fleece track pants and girl's leisure pants available in lots of sizes.

  •   If you need to an exchange on any new item:
1.    put the not-worn items, with all tags attached, in a bag,
2.    include a note clearly stating your child's name, classroom number, your name and phone number, and what you need exchanged,
3.    put in this the uniform box in the front office,
4.    the new items will be delivered to your child's classroom.

  • If you need a refund on a new item:
1.    If bought online, please do the above and add your order number to the note.
2.    If bought using the printed out order form, do the above and add your credit card details, including the full number, expiry date and CVV, to the note.
  • We are currently processing orders on Tuesday, so you can expect your order on that day.
  •   Any items we do not have in stock on that day, we be filled as a back-order and delivered to your child's class when they arrive.
  • There are only 2 volunteers working in the shop, and there might be some manufacturing delays on some items, please be patient.
  • We will sell second-hand items once the shop reopens, we are not able to sell second-hand online or by order.
